At House of Reliks, we curate a collection defined by craftsmanship, high-quality, sustainable materials, small batch production, and timeless designs. To ensure an elevated experience for both our consigners and our guests, we accept items by appointment only. Simply contact us to reserve a time that suits you. 

To authenticate any items, we are pleased to offer this service. Please call to schedule an appointment.

House of Reliks welcomes women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel, accessories, shoes, and handbags in “like new” condition. We proudly feature luxury labels, contemporary designers, and exceptional vintage pieces. 

The House accepts up to 15 seasonal clothing items per appointment. Accessories are welcome in addition to clothing (handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, shoes, small home accents)

All items must arrive freshly cleaned and ready for our guests. Vintage pieces needing minor care may be accepted at our discretion and will be discussed with you.

 What Falls Outside the House Standard:

• Stains, fading, or discoloration
• Holes, tears, or pilling
• Missing buttons, broken zippers, or other visible damage

If an item is found to be defective after acceptance, it will be removed from the sales floor and you may retrieve it within five business days, or we will donate it on your behalf.

If you’re uncertain of what to bring, think in terms of quality fabrics, thoughtful construction, and elevated materials; cotton, wool, silk, leather, and well-made contemporary or luxury pieces. You’re always welcome to schedule a call or schedule a time to visit the House and get a sense of our aesthetic. 

Items are curated and priced by House of Reliks. To provide insight:

• The consignment term is 90 days.
• The revenue split is 50/50 on all sold items.
• Items are typically priced within 5–7 days of drop-off. You will receive an email listing accepted items and their assigned prices.
• Pricing is determined by brand, condition, demand, and seasonality.

To maintain a fresh and dynamic collection, unsold items are reduced by 15% every 30 days throughout the 90‑day term. 

Once a Relik sells, your earnings; 50% of the selling price, will be reflected in your Consigner Portal, where you can track your items and payouts.

Payments are issued monthly via ACH deposit. We do not issue checks or cash payments. 

 At the end of the 90‑day consignment period, unsold Reliks must be picked up within 10 business days, unless other arrangements have been made. Items not retrieved within this window become the property of House of Reliks and will be responsibly rehomed or donated to local organizations we support.
